Puzzle Bloom Team ("we") provides the Puzzle Bloom picture-puzzle game. This policy describes the information processed when you use the current Android version of the game. Parents and guardians can contact us at the address below with questions about a child's information.
Information processed
- On-device game data: level progress, game items, and music, sound and vibration settings. Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove them.
- Game-use events: app opening, first opening, tutorial progress, level starts, completions and exits. Level events can include level number, play time, move count and maximum combo.
- Technical and attribution data: our analytics and attribution SDKs may process app and device information, network information such as IP address, app-instance identifiers, and the Android advertising ID where available. The Android package includes advertising-ID-related permissions.
- Support messages: if you email us, we receive your email address and the content you choose to send.
Why and with whom we process data
We use game data to run the puzzles and remember preferences. We use usage and technical information to understand game performance, measure installs and improve the game. The Android version uses Firebase Analytics (Google) for usage measurement and Firebase Storage to deliver level assets. It additionally uses AppsFlyer and Meta App Events for analytics and attribution. These providers process information under their respective terms and our service configuration. We do not ask players to enter a name, birth date or email address to play.
Level downloads and network access
The first 20 levels are included with the app. Assets for levels 21–100 are downloaded from Firebase Storage as you progress and cached on your device. These requests transmit network information, including your IP address and the requested resource, to Google's infrastructure. This is content delivery, not a cloud backup of your saved progress. Downloads may use Wi-Fi or mobile data, including background transfers when allowed by the operating system. Cached resources may be removed and downloaded again.
Children and parents
Puzzle Bloom may be used by children. Please do not enter personal information in support messages sent by children. A parent or guardian may contact us to ask about information associated with a child or request its deletion. Include enough information for us to identify the request, but do not email sensitive documents unless we ask for them. We will respond and, where applicable, work with our service providers to address the request.
Storage, choices and requests
Local progress can be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. You can limit the advertising ID through your Android device settings where available. The current app does not provide an in-game analytics opt-out switch. Removing the app does not itself erase information already received by service providers. Email us to request access to or deletion of information we can identify. Support correspondence and analytics data are kept only as needed for their stated purposes and applicable obligations; provider retention can differ, as described in their linked policies.
Website and changes
This page is hosted by GitHub Pages. Visiting it may create normal hosting access logs under GitHub's privacy statement. This site does not add analytics scripts or advertising cookies. We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change; the effective date will show the latest version.

By using Puzzle Bloom, you agree to use it for lawful, personal entertainment. If a child uses the game, a parent or guardian should review these terms with them.
Use of the game
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not redistribute, sell or interfere with it, except where applicable law permits. Artwork, software and other content remain owned by their respective rights holders.
Progress and availability
Progress is stored on the device and may be lost if app data is cleared, the app is removed, or the device fails. An internet connection is required to download additional level content that is not already stored on your device; mobile-data charges may apply. We may update or discontinue features. The game is provided as available, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.
