Privacy Policy

Puzzle Bloom Team ("we") provides the Puzzle Bloom picture-puzzle game. This policy describes the information processed when you use the current iOS version of the game.
Information processed
- On-device game data: level progress, game items, and music, sound and vibration settings. Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove them.
- Game-use events: app opening, first opening, tutorial progress, level starts, completions and exits. Level events can include level number, play time, move count and maximum combo.
- Technical and analytics data: Firebase Analytics processes app-use, app-instance and device information, including the vendor identifier according to its configuration. Network requests transmit information such as IP address. Advertising identifiers and tracking are subject to platform permissions and applicable SDK settings.
- Crash and diagnostic data: Firebase Crashlytics processes crash stack traces, exception details, relevant app state, device and operating-system information, and Analytics breadcrumb events immediately before a crash. We do not attach a name, email address or custom user ID to Crashlytics reports.
- Advertising data: AppLovin MAX and Google AdMob may process device and app information, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, ad impressions and interactions, diagnostics, and advertising or other device identifiers where permitted by iOS settings and applicable consent choices.
- Support messages: if you email us, we receive your email address and the content you choose to send.
Why and with whom we process data
We use game data to run the puzzles and remember preferences. We use usage, crash and technical information to understand game performance, diagnose failures, measure installs and improve the game. The iOS version uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (Google) for usage measurement and diagnostics, and Firebase Storage to deliver level assets. It uses AppLovin MAX to manage advertising and Google AdMob as an advertising provider. These providers process information under their respective terms and our service configuration. We do not ask players to enter a name, birth date or email address to play.
Advertising and your choices
Puzzle Bloom may show a banner during gameplay, an interstitial at selected natural breaks between levels, and an optional rewarded ad when you choose to receive game items. Rewarded ads are voluntary; declining one does not prevent ordinary play. Depending on your region, iOS settings, consent choices and ad availability, advertising may be personalized, contextual or limited.
Depending on your region and the services available, the app or its advertising providers may present privacy information or consent choices. iOS may also ask for permission through App Tracking Transparency. You can deny or later change tracking permission in iOS Settings. Denying tracking does not remove ads and does not necessarily stop all analytics or technical processing that does not require tracking permission.
Level downloads and network access
The first 20 levels are included with the app. Assets for levels 21–100 are downloaded from Firebase Storage as you progress and cached on your device. These requests transmit network information, including your IP address and the requested resource, to Google's infrastructure. This is content delivery, not a cloud backup of your saved progress. Downloads may use Wi-Fi or mobile data, including background transfers when allowed by the operating system. Cached resources may be removed and downloaded again.
Children and parents
Puzzle Bloom is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13 or the applicable minimum age in a user's country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it. Please include enough information for us to identify the request, but do not email sensitive documents unless we ask for them.
Storage, choices and requests
Local progress can be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. iOS provides system controls for app tracking and mobile-data access. These controls do not necessarily disable all advertising, analytics, crash reporting or technical processing. The current app does not provide an in-game analytics or crash-reporting opt-out switch. Removing the app does not itself erase information already received by service providers. Email us to request access to or deletion of information we can identify. Support correspondence, advertising, analytics and diagnostic data are kept only as needed for their stated purposes and applicable obligations; provider retention can differ, as described in their linked policies.
Website and changes
This page is hosted by GitHub Pages. Visiting it may create normal hosting access logs under GitHub's privacy statement. This site does not add analytics scripts or advertising cookies. We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change; the effective date will show the latest version.

By using Puzzle Bloom, you agree to use it for lawful, personal entertainment. Puzzle Bloom is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 or the applicable minimum age in a user's country. Users below that age should not use the game.
Use of the game
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not redistribute, sell or interfere with it, except where applicable law permits. Artwork, software and other content remain owned by their respective rights holders.
Progress and availability
Progress is stored on the device and may be lost if app data is cleared, the app is removed, or the device fails. An internet connection is required to download additional level content that is not already stored on your device; mobile-data charges may apply. We may update or discontinue features. The game is provided as available, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Advertising and rewards
The game may display third-party banner and interstitial advertising. It may also offer an optional rewarded ad when an eligible game item is unavailable. A reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms the required viewing event. Ad availability, content and destinations are controlled by third-party providers and are not guaranteed. Choosing not to watch a rewarded ad does not prevent ordinary play, and denying iOS tracking permission does not remove advertising.
Third-party services
Level delivery, analytics, crash reporting and advertising rely on third-party services. Their availability and content may change, and links or ads may open third-party destinations governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages or content, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
